This property is a four season lake home on the 371 Bay in North Long Lake. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on a quiet dead end road. It has a open layout in the common living areas with two large bay windows overlooking the lake. The master bedroom has a master bath with a shower. The home was built new in 2007 and is in great shape. The water at the end of the dock is close to 3.5 feet and has a sandy bottom perfect for swimming. There are two sand bars on the lake great for families with kids and for swimming. There is also a restaurant in our bay which you can boat to. North Long is one of Brainerd’s premier lakes. At 6,000 acres, it’s great fishing for bass, bluegill, pike, walleye, and crappie. It’s also an awesome lake for recreational water sports. Boats are not included in this rental, but there is room to bring your boat and attach it to the dock. There is a public landing in our bay for launching your boat. There is a canoe and a paddle boat available onsite for use for free. We are happy to share our vacation home, so others can make memories at the lake with family. Our home is clean and well stocked with working everything. This is where we vacation several weeks a year and plan to have as a retirement home, so the home is well taken care of and filled with things we care about. There is a bunk house onsite about 30 yards behind the cabin. The bunk house is seasonal (mid May - mid September) The bunk house sleeps 6 people, has a bathroom with a shower, A/C, TV, DVD player and is great to add on for a family that needs more room. The additional price for the bunk house is $100 a night and has a $150 cleaning fee. With a max of 4 people. We do offer repeat renters a discount as well.

This is a beautiful, quaint, cabin located on North Long Lake that can sleep 8 people comfortably. It has all of today's modern tech in the household and is located just a few hundred feet from the shoreline. Can dock your boat, sit on the beach and take a swim in the shallow waters within seconds of the cabin. Truly an awesome get away for the family! There are 3 bedrooms total. One is completely private with a queen bed. Second bedroom has two fold down bunk beds, bottom one being a queen and the top being a single. Thru this second bedroom you can climb your way to the top via a folding ladder to the loft area. In here, there are two queen futons with plenty of room in between. Lastly, there is a futon out in the living room that someone can sleep on. The living room will come with the futon, coffee table and TV (basic cable provided). The cabin has WiFi that is free for usage. Attached to the living room is a very complete kitchen. Complete selection of cooking utensils and cutlery along with an over, toaster, microwave and large refrigerator. Unfortunately there is no dishwasher... but thats what the husbands or kids are for! The bathroom is complete with a shower, toilet and sink. Plenty of cabinet space as well as a closet. Toilet paper, tissue and towels are provided for your use so no need to bring that. However, please bring your own bathroom toiletries as we do not provide them. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. And please, no smoking or weapons on the property. We live down in the twin cities so being able to get up there (for help) is not an option. I do however have a friend that can maintain and supply help if needed during the week and/or weekends. Otherwise, I am available by phone at any time. There is a cleaning fee at the end of your stay so you will not have to clean up after yourselves. You do have to clean dishes and put them away however. If they are not cleaned, an additional fee will apply. The lake is 6000 acres and you are able to bring up a boat, launch it right on site and park the tow vehicle also on site. We do have a boat dock available for use as well. If you are a motorsports enthusiasts, you are in luck because Brainerd Internationa Raceway is just around the corner! So if you are coming up for a weekend getaway and happen to be a racer, this is the most ideal spot to stay. Run all day, come back to the cabin for a relaxing evening on the water. The beach house and neighboring bunkhouse have been newly updated while maintaining their vintage charm. The main house living room has lake views and a beautiful stone wood burning fireplace, perfect for a chilly evening. You can enjoy some TV viewing from the cozy family room (local channels only). If you have a Netflix or Hulu account, you can log in via our wifi enabled smart TV for additional TV viewing. The kitchen is outfitted with all you need, including some pretty awesome high end appliances. There is seating in the dining area for 6, more if you get creative. The main house can sleep a total of 8. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and its own bathroom with a large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and easy access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The family room can sleep 2 in the twin daybed with trundle, and 2 more on the pull out couch. If needed, you can sleep an additional 2 on the two standard couches. Feel free to pack light! This cabin comes equipped with a set of large front load washers. Linens are all provided with the exception of the beach towels. Please be sure to bring your own! The bunkhouse offers additional lodging in the warmer months. It's a studio setup with a queen bed, bathroom with separate, unique, walk in shower, and a small but fully equipped kitchen. The bunkhouse will be closed November 1 to May 1. There is a patio off the back of the cabin with ample seating around the table and lounge set, and deep yard leading to the beach entry. The expansive yard gives plenty of room for outdoor eating, yard games, and lakeside bonfires. Bring your boat, or you for an additional fee, you can rent our 2015 Premier pontoon to enjoy beautiful Round Lake and it's great fishing. Our pontoon fits 11 and is set up for both lounging and fishing. It has both a live well and changing room. Life jackets are provided with boat rental (S-XL adult), as well as a two person tube. Just bring your fishing poles! BOATERS: Our part of the lake is gentle and you can tie your boat right to the dock. SNOWMOBILERS: Drive your snowmobile right off our lot and onto the lake where endless trails await you. Pets: we welcome one dog. The dog must be kennel trained and kenneled when you are out. We have an extra large kennel for your use. BOAT RENTAL: We have a Open-bow Cobalt for rent. Relaxing year-round getaway located on lake with great beach and calm waters. There's fun to be had for everyone! Take advantage of our special off-season rates and availability (Sept-Memorial Day). Newly remodeled beach house in cozy bay on Lake Edward (Nisswa/Merrifield)! This gorgeous house boasts a sandy beach with gradual entry perfect for kids! East facing and in a bay, the water is calm and great for kayaking and paddleboarding. You will have access to the dock, a boathouse stocked with toys: 3 kayaks, canoe, paddleboard, floaties, badminton (large flat yard is perfect), cornhole/bean bag yard game, knee board, etc. The house has a large master (Cali king) bedroom with master bathroom, a bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, a bedroom with two twin beds and a sofa bed (air mattress and pack n play available too). The house was extensively remodeled in spring of 2018 and includes new reclaimed oak wood floors, new carpet in bedrooms, new kitchen appliances and cabinets, new paint, linens, furniture, smart TV's in every bedroom. Central air and ceiling fans throughout. Gas fireplace for use in the cooler months and electric fireplace in master bedroom. Washer and dryer, attached garage, and large driveway. The view of the beach and lake from the large windows in living room and dining room cant be beat! We have a new Weber gas grill and a BIG GREEN EGG grill next to the new patio dining set and awesome hammock. There are multiple places (Dave's Sportland, Boats & Beyond) nearby to rent a boat or pontoon (they will deliver) and you can tie to our dock. The public boat landing is a mile away if you bring your own boat. Paul Bunyan biking and snowmobiling trail is minutes away, and downtown Nisswa with popular restaurants is just 10 minute drive. Very close to Nisswa water park. Mini golf and other fun things to do all within 10-15 minutes. For kids we have two pack n plays with sheets, booster seat for dining table, high chair, baby monitor, cordless room darkening shades (blackout curtains in master bedroom), kids eating utensils, toys, magazines, ping pong, large chalkboard in breezeway, board games, puzzles. *Note: the motorboat and boat lift on dock are NOT included in the rental. The guests can bring their own boat or rental boat and use dock to tie up or beach boat. Also, we cannot guarantee that the dock will be in after October 1st due to weather and maintenance schedules. In the spring the dock will typically go in the water mid May (around fishing opener). We do not ever guarantee a dock will be in before June due to MN weather- please contact us with dock questions*
